Event Schedule
5:00PM – Gates Open
5:00-5:45PM – Community Reception
5:45-7:15PM – Graduation Ceremony
Parking is available in the main lot of Clipper Stadium, accessible from the Prince Street entrance. If the main lot is full please use the lot behind the stadium. A map of the stadium can be found below. The Gates will open promptly at 5:00p
All guests and graduates are welcome to arrive anytime during the Community Reception. We ask that all attendees plan to arrive prior to the start of our ceremony at 5:45p. Please read below for additional details.
Important Details
– Guests and graduates do not need provide a ticket or proof of registration at the main entrance. Please plan to visit the check-in table prior to enjoying the Community Reception for your name tag and program.
– Light refreshments will be available on the concourse prior to the graduation ceremony.
– Beverages will be available for purchase at the Broken Bat Beer Deck during the event. Clipper Magazine Stadium has gone CASHLESS; you will need a credit card for purchases.
– Finally, this event is rain or shine. In the event of rain, we will still hold the ceremony at the same venue and time.
