6/17/2026: Leadership Lancaster Core Class Alumni Receive Credit at E-Town and HACC!
Leadership Lancaster is thrilled to announce an exciting new opportunity for its Core Class graduates. Participants who successfully complete the Core Class program will earn three academic credits at Elizabethtown College and Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC). This milestone reflects Leadership Lancaster’s commitment to fostering lifelong learning and professional development.
For over four decades, Leadership Lancaster has equipped individuals with the knowledge, connections, and confidence to lead in their communities. This new partnership with Elizabethtown College and HACC reinforces the value of the Core Class experience by recognizing the skills, leadership training, and civic engagement graduates gain throughout the program.

This immersive, nine-month program is designed for individuals who are ready to expand their leadership capacity, engage deeply with Lancaster County’s most pressing issues, and make a lasting impact.
SPRING 2026 - Leadership Lancaster Launches Encore Academy Pilot
Leadership Lancaster is announcing the pilot launch of Encore Academy, a new leadership development initiative designed for retirees who want to stay engaged, share their wisdom, and remain part of community solutions in Lancaster County.
Encore Academy is built on a simple belief: leadership doesn’t end—it deepens. The pilot expands Leadership Lancaster’s commitment to a continuum of leadership development available at every stage of life, creating pathways for continued learning, connection, and civic engagement.
To introduce Encore Academy to the community, Leadership Lancaster will host an information breakfast on Tuesday, February 11 at 9:00 a.m. at the Lancaster Chamber, 115 East King Street, Lancaster, PA. Attendees will learn about the pilot program’s goals, structure, and opportunities for participation and partnership. Attendance at the breakfast is not required to register for Encore Academy; interested individuals may register for the course even if they are unable to attend the breakfast.
