The College Core Class is a hands-on leadership program for college students ready to make a difference. Through real-world experiences and connections with local leaders, participants gain valuable insight into Lancaster County and grow the skills they need to lead with purpose—on campus and in the community.

- Enrolled in one of our partner institutions
- Represent our culturally, ethnically, socially, economically and geographically diverse community
- Have a potential for community leadership and commitment to Lancaster County
- Will lead our community into the future
What We Teach
Intensive, Hands-On Curriculum
Class members will participate in discussion of the unique opportunities and challenges facing Lancaster County including education, health and human services, public policy, economic development, the arts, and learn the importance of diverse perspectives.

5 Full Day Sessions
