.The Encore Academy program provides retiring individuals in Lancaster County with an experience mirroring the transformative Core Class program, providing:
Tuition
Choose the tuition level that feels right for you — every option helps support the mission and sustain the Encore Academy experience.
$550 – Pilot Price
A special introductory rate for our inaugural Encore Academy class.
$625 – Pay It Forward Price
Covers your tuition and helps offset costs for future participants, ensuring the program remains accessible to all.
$750 – Market Price
Reflects the true cost of program delivery and supports Leadership Lancaster’s continued community impact.
