Event Schedule
5:00PM – Doors Open
5:30-6:15PM – Graduation Ceremony
6:15-7:30PM – Community Reception
Parking is available at The Christian Street Parking Garage for a fee (148 N Duke St, Lancaster, PA 17602). Doors will open promptly at 5:00p
All guests and graduates are encouraged to arrive between 5:00pm-5:15pm to allow time for seating. We ask that all attendees plan to arrive prior to the start of our ceremony at 5:30pm. Please read below for additional details.
Important Details
– Guests and graduates do not need provide a ticket or proof of registration at the main entrance. Please plan to visit the check-in table prior to the start of the ceremony for your name tag and program.
– Light refreshments will be available prior to and following the graduation ceremony.
– Beverages will be available for purchase at the Community Reception following the ceremony.
– Finally, this event is rain or shine. In the event of rain, we will still hold the ceremony at the same venue and time.
