Leadership Book Club

We’re teaming up with Bill Zee (Core 2009) of Appel, Yost, and Zee for our next Leadership Lancaster Book Club Discussion.

As leaders it is important to understand that the workplace can and must be a source of support and even respite from the stressors present in the world today, and one important way to offer that to workers is to ensure that all employees and leaders in an organization are equipped with information and resources to cope with trauma.
