Neighborhood Leaders Academy.
The Neighborhood Leaders Academy is offered in partnership with the City of Lancaster thanks to generous support from the Lancaster County Community Foundation. The program is a six-week training and grant program for community leaders to imagine, develop, test, and realize projects that build community and provide positive outcomes. The program empowers leaders in all Lancaster City neighborhoods to encourage one another, identify problems, plan projects to beautify the neighborhood and remedy issues, and celebrate the community and each other.
